The Wheel of life is a powerful tool I use for myself and with clients to help us not only assess the current level of fulfilment and satisfaction we have in our lives but also to help us maintain balance in our lives.
Watch the video tutorial and complete the workbook to complete this exercise.
Once you have assessed the current situation and addressed areas for balance you can then choose specific areas of focus to help formulate goals.
